How do I make a customer inactive?

You can deactivate a Customer by going into your chosen customers profile. By deactivating your customer this means it will be stored in the Deactivated Customer filter and will not pull through when searching for your active customers. You can not delete a customer with a number more than 0.

  1. Choose your Customer 

Go to the Customer Overview via the dashboard, general data and the first option in the list Customer.

Find your chosen customer by searching in the keyword (Search Bar)

Select your chosen customer you wish to de active.

2. De-active the Customer

From the Company details tab select, additional information

Now mid way down the page find the subheading ‘Additional’  to the right untick the Active tick box.

Now select Save.
