You can contact our support team by email with the user’s details, an agent will then either submit a new licence request to our developers to increase the number of licences on the system this is dependent on licence availability or replace a previous user ( Let us know the person leaving in this case).  Please, note it can take up to 24 working hours to activate a licence, we recommend putting your request in advance.
