How Can I Find A List Of Prospect’s?
You can identify the Prospect’s by going to the Customer Overview, here you will find that some of the Customer Numbers are set to 0 and some already have a number that has already been generated. If a customer has a number against them this means they have placed an order and there is no need to remember to update tags.
Finding the Customer Number Column
- If you are unable to locate the Column Customer Number use the column chooser to drag and drop the Customer Column.
